油田热采中所用蒸汽的干度无法直接测量,但它的精确测量直接关系油田产量和经济效益。本文在均相流模型的基础上,考虑滑速比对干度的影响,并利用文丘里管的两相流测量原理,建立蒸汽干度的预测模型。经实验验证,该模型可以预测流经文丘里管的蒸汽干度,误差在8%以内,满足工程上的精度要求。
The dryness of steam used in thermal recovery of oil fields can not be directly measured, but its accurate measurement directly relates to oilfield output and economic benefits. Based on the homogeneous flow model, the influence of slip ratio on the dryness is considered. Based on the two-phase flow measurement principle of the Venturi tube, a prediction model of steam dryness is established. The experimental verification shows that the model can predict the dryness of the steam flowing through the Venturi tube and the error is less than 8% to meet the engineering requirements.
