目的研究芦根中的脂溶性成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备液相色谱分离纯化,利用理化常数和核磁共振谱学方法鉴定结构。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,2)、大黄素甲醚(physcion,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,5)、香草醛(vanillin,6)、西米杜鹃醇(simiarenol,7)和3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基南烛木树脂酚(3α-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-lyoni-resinol,8)。结论化合物2、3、7、8为首次从芦苇属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study fat-soluble components of reed rhizome. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified by physicochemical and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (2), physcion (3), daucosterol daucosterol, 4), β-sitosterol (5), vanillin (6), simiarenol (7) and 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl Resin phenol (3α-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl) -lyoni-resinol, 8). Conclusion Compounds 2,3,7,8 were isolated from Phragmites for the first time.
