本文共测心肌疾病患儿(包括心肌炎13例,心肌病9例)心尖搏动图22例,并以年龄、体表面积及心率相似的健康儿童32例作为对照。所测指标包括房缩期(A-C)、射血前期(PEP、Q-C)、真等容收缩期(TICT、C-E)、射血期(VET、C-E_2)、PEP/LVET比值、快速充盈期(RFW、O-F)、缓慢充盈期(SFW、F-A)、A波高度率(A/E-O)、短轴缩短率(⊿D%)、射血分数(EF%)10个指标。各参数均经统计学处理,二组进行逐项对比。心肌疾病患者有高大的A波,A-C72.1±36msec,A/E-O 11.3%,对照组A-C 57.3±15msec,A/E-O 7.2%,二组间差异都非常显著,P<0.01。并有TICT延长,⊿D%下降,差异显著,P<0.05。
In this paper, a total of 22 cases of atrial fibrillation (including myocarditis in 13 cases, 9 cases of cardiomyopathy) apical beat in children with heart, age and body surface area and similar heart-healthy children in 32 cases as a control.
