目的研究过量谷氨酸对皮层神经元的影响以及右美沙芬对此的拮抗作用。方法采用16~18d胎龄的大鼠皮层细胞进行分离培养,以培养上清液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性作为细胞损伤的指标。结果外源性谷氨酸(10和50μmol/L)引起LDH释放增加,而这种作用皆被右美沙芬所抑制。结论右美沙芬对外源性谷氨酸引起的神经元损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of glutamate on cortical neurons and dextromethorphan antagonism. Methods Rat cortical cells aged from 16 to 18 days were isolated and cultured, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in the culture supernatant was used as an index of cell injury. Results Exogenous glutamate (10 and 50 μmol / L) caused an increase in LDH release, which was inhibited by dextromethorphan. Conclusion Dextromethorphan protects against neuronal damage induced by exogenous glutamate.
