企业文化是一个企业保持生机的源头活水,优秀的企业文化滋养着企业的成长。企业文化的构建也是培育和提升企业竞争力的重要体现。构建有竞争力的企业文化要做到刚柔并济,吸收传统文化精髓构建现代企业精神,营造创新氛围,搭建创新平台,创新企业制度,从而构建有竞争力企业文化。其中企业制度的改变是基石,人力资源开发与利用是根本,最终目标则是使企业以鲜活的文化应对外部环境的瞬息变化。
Corporate culture is the source of a business to keep alive the living water, excellent corporate culture nourish the growth of enterprises.
