1 我国航运业发展的新形势(1)改革开放以来我国航运业的发展非常迅速,尤其是航运业的格局发生了很大变化.从改革前独家经营,到现在从事国际运输的企业有310多家,从事沿海运输的企业有1300多家,从事内河运输的有3000多家,水运总运力包括远洋、沿海和内河已达5500多万载重吨,出现了国营、集体、个人一起上的多种经营的状况.现在我国港口每月开出班轮2300多个航班,全国货运量平均每年递增6.14%;全国货物周转量平均每年递增8.15%,水运业的较快发展速度,缩短了与国民经济和社会发展需求的差距,有力地保证了我国商品流通和对外进出口贸易运输的需要和国家重点物资运输的需要,为国民经济和社会发展作出了卓越贡献.
