病例报告:患者,女,39岁。近1月来发现臀部有数个散在硬结节,半月来结节迅速增加,波及整个双侧臀上部,伴发烧,第一次发烧3天,最高39℃,隔3天后又发烧2天,最高38℃,全身酸痛无力,食欲不佳,恶心无呕吐。曾用四环素、庆大霉素症状消失,但臀部结节有增无减,并有腰酸。患者一向健康,30岁结婚,妊娠三次均保胎无效流产,本次妊娠,又保胎注射黄体酮50针,胎儿足月顺产,产后20天发现此病。
