一、基本情况本课题研究的国有企业领导人员主要为上海市属国有企业领导人员,包括市管干部及后备(650人)、国资系统委管干部(190人)、金融系统委管干部(17人)等。目前该层次国有企业领导人员的教育培训工作主要由党校、行政学院、干部管理学院等体制内培训机构承担,再以由商学院、商业培训机构等组织的市场化培训为补充。近几年上海市国企领导人员培训基本上同步纳入全市领导干部培训体系,有“五个突出”:一是突

Basic Information The leaders of state-owned enterprises studied in this research are mainly the leaders of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, including the city management cadres and reserve personnel (650 people), the state-owned assets management system (190 people), the financial system management cadres (17) People) and so on.
