新形势下加强经侦协作有着重要的意义。当前经侦协作中存在着认识不到位、工作不到位、机制不统一、干扰比较多、法制不健全等问题。必须牢固树立全国一盘棋的思想;建立全方位、多层次、立体互助的组织网络;积极探索丰富多样、不拘一格、高效灵活的模式;遵循“依法、及时、无偿”的原则;按科学高效的要求改革和完善协作机制;在发展方向上努力向高科技看齐。
