目前手机应用商店模式已经涉及整个移动互联网产业链的上下游,各个领域的领先厂商纷纷涉足,竞争日趋激烈。本文通过对通信运营商在线商店运营模式进行分析,提出我国通信运营商在线应用商店的运营策略和建议:希望能够帮助运营商快速准确的选择好发展思路,通过最大程度地发挥自身的优势开设自己的应用商店,打造差异化的应用形态和支撑体系,以此增强通信运营商在移动价值链上所起的主导作用。
