低压涡轮轴是典型薄壁空心长轴,该零件材料为GH4169,切削工艺性差,难加工,刀具易磨损,加工硬化现象严重,加工过程中零件转速不能太高。零件大头锥面直接过渡到轴身及深孔结构特点,需要设计、制造特殊结构的专用深孔钻头、深孔铰刀等专用工装、数控机夹刀具。寻求最佳的走刀路线和接刀点位置,调整、优化数控程序,摸索最佳切削参数,通过切削试验来验证数控程序的正确合理。
