使大鼠被动吸入香烟主流烟雾，吸烟６０天后，与对照比较。结果吸烟组大鼠体重、胸腺及脾脏重量均下降，Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值降低，血清Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、ＶＥ、ＶＡ含量下降，血清唾液酸水平升高。
Rat passive inhalation of cigarette mainstream smoke, smoking 60 days later, compared with the control. Results The body weight, thymus and spleen weight of rats in smoking group decreased, the ratio of T4 / T8 decreased, the content of Cu, Zn, VE and VA in serum decreased and the level of serum sialic acid increased.
