以千层金幼苗为试材,采用盆栽模拟试验,研究了千层金幼苗对不同梯度水分胁迫15d和30d的生理响应。结果表明:不同处理的植株与供水充足的对照(CK)相比,水分胁迫15d内植株在形态上没有太大的差异,随着胁迫程度的加剧和时间的延长,即水分胁迫30d时,重度胁迫下的植株在长势上表现为矮小特征,叶片出现萎蔫现象;叶片含水量和叶绿素含量呈逐渐降低的趋势;脯氨酸(Pro)含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐上升,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升后降的趋势。表明千层金幼苗对水分胁迫有一定的抗性,随着胁迫强度的增加抗性降低。
With the seedlings of Melaleuca acuminata as test material, pot experiment was conducted to study the physiological responses of Melaleuca acuminate seedlings to 15 and 30 days of different water stress. The results showed that compared with sufficient water supply control (CK), the plants in the 15 days of water stress had no significant difference in morphology. With the increase of the degree of stress and the prolongation of time, that is, 30 days after water stress, Under stress, the plants displayed short stature on their growth potential. The leaf wilting phenomenon appeared. The leaf water content and chlorophyll content tended to decrease. The content of Pro and MDA increased gradually, while the content of superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity increased first and then decreased. The results showed that the seedlings of Melaleuca aureus had some resistance to water stress and the resistance decreased with the increase of stress intensity.
