《国家“十一五”时期文化发展规划纲要》近日出台,中共中央办公厅、周务院办公厅在印发《纲要》的通知中指出:《国家“十一五”时期文化发展规划纲要》已经党中央、国务院同意,各部门要结合实际制定实施方案,认真贯彻落实。
