很高兴有机会出席“迈向21世纪——中国经济改革与会计市场开放”国际研讨会。 我谨代表中华人民共和国财政部,并以我个人的名义,向研讨会致以热烈的祝贺,并向亚太会计师联合会会长、秘书长,向与会的各位嘉宾和朋友表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的感谢。 举办本次研讨会,将有益于增进我国会计界与国际会计界、特别是亚太地区会计界的相互了解,加深彼此间的友谊,促进相互交流与合作,进一步推动中国注册会计师事业的发展。 十多年来,我国坚定不渝地实行改革开放的方针,改革开放和经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。我们的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,我们正沿着这个目标前进。在对我国经济体制进行改革的同时,我们非常重视包括注册会计师行业在内的社会经济监督体系的建设,使之为市场经济发展发挥服务和监督作用。
It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to attend the International Symposium on “Towards the 21st Century - China’s Economic Reform and the Opening of the Accounting Market.” On behalf of the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China and on my own behalf, I extend my warm congratulation to the seminar and extend my warm welcome and sincere condolences to all the distinguished guests and friends present at the meeting with the President and Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Institute of Certified Accountants Thanks. Holding this seminar will be conducive to enhancing the mutual understanding between the Chinese accounting profession and the international accounting profession, especially the accounting profession in the Asia Pacific region, deepening mutual friendship, promoting mutual exchange and cooperation, and further promoting the development of CPA career in China. For more than a decade, our country has unswervingly followed the principle of reform and opening up and made remarkable achievements in its reform, opening up and economic construction. Our goal is to establish a socialist market economy and we are moving forward with this goal. While carrying on the reform of our economic system, we attach great importance to the construction of a social and economic supervision system that includes the profession of certified public accountants, so that we can give play to the role of serving and supervising the development of the market economy.
