In the Soviet Union, a new concrete structure was developed that used a thin-walled and small-volume monolithic structure. This process uses the principle of electrical heating of concrete containing antifreeze admixtures. The combined process of pouring concrete in winter provides for the incorporation of antifreeze admixtures in concrete mixes, which reduces the freezing temperature of the concrete and ensures that the concrete has a low resistance when cooled below 0°C. This will allow concrete that is not cold below -20°C
