Using multivariate statistical analysis, the morphological and ecological characteristics of wild canola in Tibet were studied. The results showed as follows: (1) Among the Q-type clusters, which were wild rapeseed, wild rapeseed with similar geographical units were grouped together to reveal the genetic differentiation of wild rapeseed populations in different regions of Tibet to a certain extent. The result is consistent with the actual distribution of wild relatives in Tibet. (2) In the Q-type cluster for quantitative indices of population, it is found that the temperature, especially the coldest month, is the most important index that affects the distribution of wild rape in Tibet, which is consistent with the information provided by the principal component analysis.
