患者女 ,4 7岁。因左侧乳腺肿物 2个月于 1999年3月入院。查 :浅表淋巴结未触及 ,左乳房皮肤无桔皮样改变 ,乳房无凹陷及溢液 ,左乳腺外上象限触及 5ｃｍ× 4ｃｍ× 4ｃｍ大小的肿物 ,呈圆形、活动、边界清、质中等硬、无压痛。心肺正常 ,肝脾未触及。Ｂ超示左乳房内恶性占位病
Female patient, 4 years old. The left breast mass was admitted to hospital in March 1999 for 2 months. Check: No contact with superficial lymph nodes, no orange peel changes in the skin of the left breast, no depression and discharge of the breast, and the outer upper quadrant of the left breast touches a mass of 5cm×4cm×4cm in size, showing a round, active, clear boundary, and quality. Medium hard, no tenderness. Normal heart and lung, liver and spleen are not touched. Ultrasonography shows malignancy in the left breast
