良好的幼儿园环境是幼儿园教育赖以进行的重要保障,同时也是教育资源的基础组成。每一个学期,幼儿园都会开展一次环境创设活动。一方面是为更好地迎接孩子入园,同时更是对教师提升自我的督促。本园的环境创设一直都在不断的创新,不断的改进中。从上个学期开始,幼儿园开始了一次本质性的转变,从以“自我为中心”的小班创设转变成以“大家互助”的两班一整体为主的环境创设。自环境创设之后,不仅增强了整体性的意识,同时也提升了教师的人文观与价值观。
