采用有限元方法分析了棒材连续热轧中变形区及出变形区时轧件横断面温度场。可以看出变形区内热接触作用对轧件表面温度有较大的影响,使得温度梯度较大;同时轧件出变形区后温度梯度逐渐减小。这一结果对于指导分析轧件的微观组织变化有重要意义。
The finite element method was used to analyze the temperature field of the cross section of the rolling stock during the deformation zone and the deformation zone in continuous hot rolling. It can be seen that the thermal contact in the deformation zone has a greater influence on the surface temperature of the rolling stock, resulting in a larger temperature gradient. At the same time, the temperature gradient of the rolled stock decreases gradually after the deformation zone is rolled out. This result is of great significance for guiding the analysis of the microstructure changes of the rolling stock.
