目的:对毛冬青(Ilex pubescens Hook.et Arn.)茎进行化学成分的研究。方法:采用硅藻土、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱层析方法,通过理化常数和MS、NMR波谱等方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从毛冬青茎中分离得到9个化合物,分别为:木犀草素(1)、槲皮素(2)、金丝桃苷(3)、芦丁(4)、1,5-二羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(5)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、棕榈酸(7)、硬脂酸(8)、正三十四醇(9)。结论:9个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物5、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of stems of Ilex pubescens Hook.et Arn. Methods: The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants, MS and NMR spectroscopy using a variety of column chromatography methods such as diatomaceous earth, silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated from the stems of Mao Dongqing, and were identified as luteolin (1), quercetin (2), hyperin (3), rutin (4), 1,5-dihydroxy -3-methylanthraquinone (5), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-benzoic acid -1-O-β-D-glucoside (6), palmitic acid (8), n-tetratriol (9). CONCLUSION: Nine compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
