对碘硒缺乏地区地甲肿人群进行碘硒双补及单纯补碘,对防治前后的甲状腺功能进行比较.结果表明:碘硒双补后TT4,rT3及TSH均较防治前显著下降(P<001);而单纯补碘除TT4显著下降外(P<001),TT3,rT3,TSH均无变化(P>005).结果提示补硒能提高Ⅰ型T45′—脱碘酶的活性,改善TT4向TT3转化的代谢过程
Iodine-selenium deficiency in areas with melancholic iodine selenium double complement and simple iodine, thyroid function before and after prevention and control were compared. The results showed that TT4, rT3 and TSH decreased significantly (P <001) before and after treatment with iodine and selenite (P <001) No change (P> 005). The results suggest that selenium supplementation can increase the activity of type I T45’-deiodinase and improve the metabolic process from TT4 to TT3
