本文基于对欠发达地区开发过程中政府行为的考察,分析了欠发达地区开发过程中政府失灵的主要特征。在Hosseini两重约束的C-D政府失灵模型基础上,拓展出三重约束下的政府失灵模型, 并利用该模型对我国西部大开发中中央政府支持向量合理的范围进行了简要分析。 Based on the investigation of government behavior in the development of underdeveloped areas, this paper analyzes the main features of government failure in the development of underdeveloped areas. On the basis of Hosseini¡¯s two-constrained C-D government failure model, this paper expands the government failure model under the triple constraints and uses the model to make a brief analysis of the reasonable scope of the central government support vector in the western development of our country.
