目的:增加薄层色谱鉴别项和含量测定项,全面控制止痢宁片的质量。方法:采用薄层色谱法对穿心莲、苦参、木香进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果:定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;脱水穿心莲内酯含量在14.7~102.9μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=7),平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=2.23(n=9)。结论:本质量标准可用于止痢宁片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To increase the identification items and content determination items of TLC and to fully control the quality of Zhilining tablets. Methods: The quality of Andrographis paniculata and Sophora flavescens were identified by TLC, and the content of dehydroandrographolide was determined by HPLC. Results: The qualitative identification of TLC was obvious, specificity was strong, and the negative control had no interference. The dehydrated andrographolide content was good in the range of 14.7 ~ 102.9μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9, n = 7 ), The average recovery was 99.71%, RSD = 2.23 (n = 9). Conclusion: This quality standard can be used for the quality control of Zhilining tablets.
