运用胜任特征模型对艺术设计专业大学生创业者进行研究,通过文献检索与分析、发放开放式问卷、采用行为事件访谈、预试初始问卷、编制正式调查问卷。在研究过程中,通过对研究结果的可靠和可信度进行检验,确定了艺术设计专业大学生创业者胜任特征为:激情活力、主动性、设计专业知识、创意点子、经营与法律知识、沟通协调六个方面。本研究所编制的大学生创业胜任特征调查问卷信度效果较高,对艺术设计专业大学生创业者和研究相关行业创业者胜任特征的工作者提供了参考。
By using competency model, this paper conducts research on art-design undergraduates entrepreneurs. By means of literature search and analysis, it issues open questionnaires, interviews with behavioral events, pre-tests initial questionnaires, and prepares formal questionnaires. In the course of the research, through the test of the reliability and credibility of the research results, the competence of the art-design undergraduates entrepreneurs is determined as: passionate vitality, initiative, design professional knowledge, creative ideas, management and legal knowledge, communication and coordination Six aspects. The Institute of entrepreneurship competency characteristics questionnaire prepared by the Institute of higher reliability, art design students entrepreneurs and research related industries entrepreneurs competency characteristics of the workers provide a reference.
