内皮素（ＥＴ）通过内皮素受体（ＥＴＲ）起作用。体内存在多种ＥＴＲ，通过不同的信号转导系统介导ＥＴ的不同作用。多种因素可影响ＥＴＲ的表达。ＥＴＲ抑制剂对与ＥＴ有关的疾病有治疗作用。
Endothelin (ET) acts through the endothelin receptor (ETR). There are multiple ETRs in the body that mediate the different effects of ET through different signaling systems. A variety of factors can affect ETR expression. ETR inhibitors have a therapeutic effect on ET-related diseases.
