研究了用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定玩具材料中可迁移硒的实验方法,重点探讨了共存离子对硒的干扰影响。结果表明,该法除Cu有较大干扰外,其他干扰元素允许量均较大,采用K3Fe(CN)6做掩蔽剂可以消除常见共存元素的干扰。在优化的实验条件下,方法检出限为0.062ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为1.56%,加标回收率为95.6%—106.0%。该方法具有简单快捷、灵敏度高、稳定性好等优点,可满足玩具样品中痕量硒的测定。
The experimental method for determination of migratable selenium in toy materials by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied, and the interference of coexisting ions on selenium was discussed. The results show that this method not only has a greater interference with Cu, but also allows more interfering elements to be tolerated. Using K3Fe (CN) 6 as a masking agent can eliminate the interference of common coexisting elements. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit was 0.062 ng / mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11) was 1.56%, and the recoveries were 95.6% -106.0%. The method has the advantages of simple and quick, high sensitivity, good stability and the like, and can meet the determination of trace selenium in toy samples.
