氟化钠是常用的杀虫毒鼠农药,也用于玻璃、搪瓷,制铝、制锰等工业,可作腐蚀金属及冷却剂。我院1974年收治一批误将氟化钠作发酵粉制馒头食用,引起中毒的患者78例,报告如下:临床分析:本组78例中男57例,占73%,女21例,占27%。年龄:成人66例,占84.67%,最小2岁,最大60岁。误服氟化钠量约1克以上占53.1%,2克以上占27%,最多4.39克,最少服0.183克。发病时间:最快服后3分钟,绝大多数在30分钟内,少数在6小时发病。
