有人这样说过:幼儿是人类、国家和社会的储备财富,是每一个家庭的活力元素、快乐源泉和希望支撑。这样的评价,的确是一种充满乐观而振奋人心的说法。本文从多年幼教实践中感知,当前一般性家庭早期幼儿教育的现状不容人太过乐观,家庭形成的“溺爱”现象会给孩子入园之后的相对正规化教育带来“阵痛”。历经阵痛之后的绝对多数幼儿能够朝着良性道路上发展,也不排除尚有一小部分孩子在幼小心底里还存在着片片灰色地带。因此在幼儿教育管理中,作为孩子的人生启蒙者幼儿教师,应当责无旁贷,用最大限度的“绿化”能量和手段,去努力撑起所有幼儿的蔚蓝色心空。

This assessment is indeed a very optimistic and exciting statement. This article from many years of preschool education perceived that the current general family early childhood education should not be too optimistic about the status quo, the formation of family “doting” phenomenon will give children the relative formal education after admission into the “pain” . The vast majority of young children after a painful period of development can develop in a virtuous way. Nor does it mean that a small minority of children still have a gray area in their young minds. Therefore, in early childhood education and management, as a child life enlightenment kindergarten teachers should be duty-bound, with the maximum “green” energy and means, to strive to prop up all the children’s blue heart.
