为了解决山西某煤矿15102综放工作面粉尘浓度高,煤层氧化剧烈、瓦斯突出现象严重等问题,针对该工作面的地质特征和开采技术等特点,设计了长孔静压注水措施技术。通过现场测试注水效果数据表明:煤层注水能有效降低采煤工作面和巷道的粉尘量,降低工作面温度,防治煤层进一步氧化。证实长孔静压注水技术适用于高瓦斯突出矿井厚煤层开采工作。
In order to solve the problems of high concentration of dust in 15102 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Shanxi coal mine, severe oxidation of coal seam and serious gas outburst, aiming at the geological characteristics and mining technology of the working face, a long hole hydrostatic injection technology was designed. Water injection through the field test data show that: Water injection can effectively reduce the coal mining face and roadway dust, reduce the working face temperature, prevention and control of further oxidation of the coal seam. Confirmed that long hole hydrostatic injection technology is suitable for high-gas outburst thick coal seam mining work.
