全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于批准《中华人民共和国和西班牙王国关于移管被判刑人的条约》的决定 (2006年6月29日第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议通过) 第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十二次会议决定:批准外交部副部长张业遂代表中华人民共和国于2005年11月14日在马德里签署的《中华人民共和国和西班牙王国关于移管被判刑人的条约》。
Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Ratifying the Treaty between the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Spain Concerning the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (Adopted by the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress on June 29, 2006) At the Twenty-second Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress, the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs was approved to approve the “Provisional Regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Spain on Transfer of Sentenced Persons on behalf of the People’s Republic of China signed at Madrid on November 14, 2005 treaty”.
