通过试验研究得到了Cr17Ni2钢的相变及热处理规律,对过去在这方面的一些观点提出了不同看法。 Cr17Ni2钢的共析转变延续在1030~8000℃的温度区间。转变方式不是珠光体型的。碳化物析出于晶界。α铁素体的析出是通过δ铁素体的长大,并且转变非常缓慢。在逆转变中,当加热温度低于1030℃时,未溶解的α铁素体片带有马氏体的取向性。由于共析碳化物及δ铁素体中析出的碳化物部聚集在晶界,因而在1030℃以下淬火后机械性能很差。1060℃淬火,300℃回火处理后机械性能最好。
The law of phase transformation and heat treatment of Cr17Ni2 steel was obtained through experimental research, and some different opinions were put forward in the past. The eutectoid transformation of Cr17Ni2 steel continues in the temperature range of 1030 ~ 8000 ℃. Transformation is not pearl body type. Carbide precipitates at grain boundaries. Alpha-ferrite is precipitated by the growth of δ-ferrite, and the transition is very slow. In the reverse transformation, the undissolved α-ferrite sheet has martensite orientation when the heating temperature is lower than 1030 ° C. Since the carbide portions precipitated in the eutectoid carbide and the δ-ferrite aggregate at grain boundaries, their mechanical properties after quenching at 1030 ° C. or below are poor. 1060 ℃ quenching, 300 ℃ tempering the best mechanical properties.
