民营经济经过20多年的发展,为中国经济和社会发展作出了巨大贡献,但其劳资关系问题日益显现,直接影响社会稳定,影响民营经济的持续健康发展。建立和谐的民营经济劳资关系是构建和谐社会的重要内容与重要基础。本文从构建社会主义和谐社会的高度,以建立和谐的民营经济劳资关系为目标,阐述了和谐民营劳资关系对和谐社会创建的重要意义。
After more than 20 years of development, the private economy has made great contributions to China's economic and social development. However, its labor-capital relations have become increasingly apparent and have a direct impact on social stability and the sustained and healthy development of the private economy. Establishing a Harmonious Relationship between Labor and Capital in Private Economy is an Important Content and an Important Foundation for Building a Harmonious Society. From the perspective of building a harmonious socialist society, this article aims to establish a harmonious labor-management relationship in the private economy, and expounds the importance of harmonious private-owned labor-capital relations in creating a harmonious society.
