目的:探讨单眼弱视儿童综合治疗后屈光状态的变化情况。方法:用回顾性分析的方法对前来就诊的41例单眼弱视儿童眼配镜、遮盖健眼、精细目力训练、视刺激疗法、后像疗法、红色滤光片疗法、光刷疗法、眼屈光系统锻炼、双眼同视、融合、立体功能训练和穴位推拿等用来刺激和强化训练使用弱视眼,追踪观测2年以上,进行临床资料统计。结果:单眼弱视以左眼弱视为多;轻中度远视年均下降屈光度无统计学意义,中重度远视年均下降屈光度有统计学意义,远视程度高屈光度年均下降快。结论:在弱视综合治疗后,单眼弱视患眼仅在视近时戴镜使用,对能否预防日后近视的出现有待进一步的临床观察。
Objective: To investigate the changes of refractive status after monocular amblyopia in children. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 41 cases of single-vision amblyopic children who come to the hospital for eye glasses, cover eye health, fine eyesight training, visual stimulation therapy, posterior resection, red filter therapy, light brush therapy, eye flexion Light system exercise, binocular vision, fusion, three-dimensional functional training and acupoint massage to stimulate and strengthen training to use amblyopia, follow-up observation of more than 2 years, clinical data statistics. Results: Unilateral amblyopia left as amblyopia as much as; mild to moderate hyperopia average annual decline in diopter was not statistically significant, moderate to severe hyperopia decreased mean annual diopter was statistically significant hypermetropia high diopter decreased rapidly. Conclusion: After the treatment of amblyopia, monocular amblyopia patients only wear glasses when the eye as close as possible, to prevent future occurrence of myopia needs further clinical observation.
