双相不锈钢焊接接头力学性能研究

采用三种不同的埋弧自动焊接工艺,研究了不同焊接坡口形式和组合焊接工艺对双相不锈钢焊接接头显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同焊接工艺下的接头组织奥氏体体积分数多在40%~60%之间,接头抗拉强度与母材相当且均断于母材部位;采用X型坡口的SAW和V型坡口SAW+FCAW组合焊接工艺接头样品在-20℃下的冲击吸收功分别为180和102.3 J/cm2。 Three different submerged arc automatic welding processes were used to study the effects of different welding groove forms and combined welding processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel welded joints. The results show that the volume fraction of austenite in joints is more than 40% ~ 60%, and the tensile strength of joint is equal to that of base metal. Both of the SAW and V The impact absorbed energy of the groove-groove SAW + FCAW combination welding joint specimen at 180C was 180 and 102.3 J / cm2, respectively.
