设计全钢子午线轮胎变温变压硫化工艺,并探讨变温变压硫化工艺的应用。结果表明,在全钢子午线轮胎变温变压硫化工艺中,在前期注入内压高温蒸汽以提高胶囊传热速率,并将热水循环时间与不循环时间比减小至1∶2,可以有效提高轮胎硫化效率,缩短硫化时间,达到节能降耗、改善成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能的目地。
Design all-steel radial tire variable temperature vulcanization process, and discuss the application of variable temperature vulcanization process. The results show that in the all-steel radial tire process of variable temperature vulcanization, injecting internal pressure high-temperature steam in the early stage to increase the heat transfer rate of the capsule and reducing the hot water circulation time to the non-circulation time ratio to 1: 2 can effectively improve Tire curing efficiency, shorten the curing time to achieve energy saving, improve the endurance performance of finished tires and high-speed performance.
