本文对采自我国南方主要烟区的25个烟草青枯菌株产细菌素特性的测定表明,供试菌株均有产生细菌素的能力及对细菌素的敏感性。其中菌株3-5,4-3,产细菌素能力最强,拮抗范围达95.8%。可望用于烟草青枯病的生物防治试验,菌株4-11,4-13对细菌素的敏感性最强,敏感范围分别为83.3%和75%,是测定菌株产细菌素能力的良好指示菌。根据菌株对2-3,3-5,4-11,4-13,4个菌株的拮抗作用,可将供试菌株分成7个细菌素型,其中以细菌素型4为主,其次为细菌素型1。不同地区,不同品种菌株间对细菌素的敏感性有显著差异,但产生细菌素的能力差异不显著。不同生物型及反应型菌株间产细菌素能力及对细菌素敏感性均无显著差异。来源相同的菌株间的拮抗作用一般高于来源不同的菌株间的拮抗作用。
In this paper, the characteristics of bacteriocins produced in 25 tobacco strains of R. solanacearum collected from the main tobacco growing areas in southern China showed that all the tested strains had the ability to produce bacteriocins and their sensitivity to bacteriocins.
