旅游业发展与从业人员尤其是导游的职业精神与技能提升息息相关。在高职旅游专业人才培养中,只有做到对学生职业精神与职业技能的培养双到位,才能为旅游业发展提供良好的人力资源。文章对导游业务课程教学改革进行了探索与实践,通过采用贴近岗位开发课程内容、一体化实践教学设计、改革考核评价方式等方法,来提升其教学效果。
Tourism development is closely linked with the professionalism and skills upgrading of employees, especially tour guides. In the vocational training of tourism professionals, only to do a good job of students’ professionalism and vocational skills training in place, in order to provide good human resources for tourism development. This article explored and practiced the teaching reform of the tour guide course, and promoted the teaching effect by using the curriculum contents close to the post, the integrated practice teaching design, and the reform of assessment methods.
