目的分析浦东新区高桥社区中小学生视力不良情况,为学校更好的防治学生视力提供合理建议。方法整群抽取2008—2010学年高桥社区学生视力检查资料,用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计和分析。结果高桥社区不同学段学生视力不良率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9 827.827,P<0.001);2010学年视力不良率高出2008学年,初中阶段最为明显,升幅接近11%;同学段学生之间,小学视力不良率相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.882,P<0.05);女生视力不良率高于男生,男女同学视力不良率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=212.317,P<0.001)。结论预防近视应从低年级阶段开始,初高中阶段是预防近的重点时间段;社会、学校、家庭各方面需加强协作,提供有效的预防、矫治措施,引导学生将认知变为行动,养成良好的用眼卫生习惯,有效控制近视的发生和发展。
Objective To analyze the poor eyesight situation of primary and secondary school students in Takahashi Community in Pudong New Area to provide reasonable suggestions for preventing and treating students’ eyesight in schools. Methods The visual acuity test data of Takahashi community students in the 2008-2010 school year were collected and statistically analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software. Results Compared with the students with different grades in Takahashi community, the differences of visual acuity rate were statistically significant (χ2 = 9 827.827, P <0.001). In the academic year of 2010, the rate of visual acuity defect was higher than that of the 2008 academic year, the most obvious was in the junior middle school, increasing nearly 11%. There was no significant difference in the rate of poor eyesight among students in primary and secondary school (χ2 = 0.882, P <0.05); the rate of poor eyesight in girls was higher than that in boys, and there was significant difference between boys and girls χ2 = 212.317, P <0.001). Conclusion The prevention of myopia should start from the lower grades, and the first and second grades should be the key time to prevent. The society, schools and families need to strengthen the collaboration to provide effective preventive and corrective measures to guide students to turn cognition into action and develop Good eye health habits, the effective control of the occurrence and development of myopia.
