目的中药注射剂作为我国制药企业开拓国际市场的潜在优势项目,其安全性应引起国内医药界重视,本文对中药特点、不良反应发生原因及预防进行分析,为临床应用提供参考平台。方法以临床常见的中药注射剂发生的不良反应为例,结合实践进行总结。结果中药注射剂这一特色制剂,在治疗方面发挥者重要作用,同时也存在不稳定的严重安全问题。结论掌握中药注射剂安全性规律,遵循其特点指导合理用药,使中药注射剂在急危重症及流行病治疗方面发挥作用。
Objective Chinese medicine injection as a potential advantage for Chinese pharmaceutical companies to explore the international market, its safety should arouse the attention of the domestic pharmaceutical industry, this article analyzes the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, the causes and prevention of adverse reactions to provide a reference platform for clinical application. Methods Taking the common adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections as an example, the methods were summarized with practice. Results Chinese medicine injection of this special preparation, play an important role in the treatment, but also there are instable serious safety issues. Conclusion To grasp the law of safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections and follow its characteristics to guide the rational use of drugs so that traditional Chinese medicine injections can play an important role in the treatment of acute and critical diseases and epidemic diseases.
