目的调查与探讨某医科大学台湾学生的心理特征,为更好地开展针对台湾学生的心理教育和心理咨询工作提供理论及事实依据。方法分层整群抽取某医科大学台湾学生30名,对照组大陆学生49名,采用SDS自评抑郁量表、SAS自评焦虑量表、简单应对方式问卷进行抑郁、焦虑状况及应对方式的调查并作比较分析。结果台湾学生与大陆学生在抑郁的心理障碍方面有显著性差异(t=2.023,P=0.047),在其他方面均无显著性差异。台湾学生与大陆学生在抑郁指数上的比较,差异有显著性差异(χ2=4.479,P=0.034),说明台湾学生的总体抑郁倾向显著高于大陆学生。台湾学生与大陆学生在焦虑指数上的比较,差异有显著性差异(t=2.031,P=0.046),说明台湾学生的总体焦虑倾向显著高于大陆学生。台湾学生抑郁标准分与消极应对方式呈显著正相关(P=0.031),焦虑标准分与消极应对方式也呈显著正相关(P=0.018)。同时,台湾学生的抑郁标准分与焦虑标准分之间呈极显著正相关(P=0.000)结论该医科大学的台湾学生有可能存在抑郁、焦虑情绪,并与他们消极的应对方式互为因果关系。
Objective To investigate and explore the psychological characteristics of Taiwanese students in a medical university and provide theoretical and factual basis for better carrying out psychological education and psychological counseling for Taiwanese students. Methods A total of 30 Taiwanese students in a medical university and 49 mainland students in a control group were stratified and clustered to carry out a survey of depression, anxiety and coping styles using SDS Self-Rating Depression Scale, SAS Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire And for comparative analysis. Results There was a significant difference (P = 0.047) between Taiwan students and mainland students in the psychological disorders of depression. There was no significant difference in other aspects. Taiwan students and mainland students in the comparison of the depression index, the difference was significant (χ2 = 4.479, P = 0.034), indicating that the overall depression of Taiwanese students was significantly higher than that of mainland students. There was a significant difference in anxiety index between Taiwanese and mainland students (t = 2.031, P = 0.046), indicating that the overall anxiety of Taiwanese students was significantly higher than that of mainland students. There was a significant positive correlation between depression standard scores and negative coping styles (P = 0.031). There was also a significant positive correlation between anxiety standard scores and negative coping styles (P = 0.018). At the same time, there was a significant positive correlation between Taiwan’s depression standard score and anxiety standard score (P = 0.000) .Conclusion Taiwanese students in the medical university may have depression and anxiety and may be causally related to their negative coping style .
