家校合作是世界各国教育改革的共同趋势。学校基于现代教育思想,讲究民主与参与,增强公共服务的执行意识。没有服务对象的广泛参与,学校将成为“孤岛”。由一所第一年新生仅有32人的社区学校,到招生名额供不应求,在校生达1850人的国际化学校。短短数年时间,上海市实验学校东校完成了跳跃式发展轨迹。归其原因,除了在师资队伍、校园建设等软硬件方面加大投入外,完善的家委会制度和开放的家校协作办学态度是该校持续进步的抓手。
Home-school cooperation is the common trend of education reform in various countries in the world. Based on the modern educational thought, the school emphasizes democracy and participation and enhances the awareness of public service implementation. Without the broad participation of clients, schools will become “isolated islands.” From a community school with only 32 freshmen in its first year to an international school with an enrollment of more than 1850 students. Just a few years, Shanghai Experimental School East School completed a leap-forward development path. Due to the reasons, in addition to increasing investment in software and hardware such as faculty and campus construction, a sound commission system and an open attitude toward home-school collaboration are the keys to continuous improvement of the school.
