髓系/NK细胞急性白血病是一种罕见的恶性血液病,其细胞形态学和免疫表型与急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)相似,但无APL特征性的细胞遗传学和分子遗传学表现。治疗上多采用急性髓系白血病(acute myelocytic leukemia,AML)化疗方案,部分患者临床进展迅速且对治疗无反应,生存期短。我们收治1例髓系/NK细胞急性白血病患者,报告如下,并结合
