为了解中药注射剂在中医急诊中的使用情况,就我院急诊科常用的8种中药注射剂进行了初步调查和分析。调查显示以2～3种中药注射剂联用或配伍使用西药最为多见,超剂量使用普遍存在。认为中医医院急诊科中药注射剂41.27％的使用率不仅反映了中医急诊的特点,也反映了中药注射剂适于危急重症用药要求的特点。4种中药注射剂联用及超剂量使用问题应该引起注意。
In order to understand the use of Chinese medicine injections in emergency treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, preliminary investigations and analysis were conducted on the 8 traditional Chinese medicine injections commonly used in our emergency department. Surveys have shown that the use of 2 to 3 Chinese herbal injections in conjunction with or compatibility with western medicine is the most common, and overdose is commonly used. It is believed that the use rate of 41.27% for Chinese medicine injections in the emergency department of TCM hospitals not only reflects the characteristics of TCM emergency treatment, but also reflects the characteristics of TCM injections suitable for critical severe drug use. The use of four traditional Chinese medicine injections and overdose use should attract attention.
