在热腐蚀期间硫如何在合金中分布、扩散及参与反应,是热腐蚀机理研究中的一个有意义的问题,通常的测试手段对于微量硫的检测较困难,本文用~(35)S示踪技术研究了几种镍基高温合金热腐蚀过程中硫的行为。将含~(35)S的硫酸钠涂在试样表面进行热腐蚀实验,通过~(35)S自射线照像和放射性强度测量,获得了许多关于硫在合金中扩散、分布与反应的信息。这种方法具有结果准确、灵敏度高、应用方便等特点,为热腐蚀机理研究提供了一种重要手段。
How sulfur is distributed, diffused and involved in the reaction during hot corrosion is a significant problem in the study of hot corrosion mechanism. The usual test methods are very difficult to detect trace sulfur. In this paper, the trace of ~ (35) S Technical study of several nickel-based superalloy hot corrosion process of sulfur behavior. The sodium sulfate containing ~ (35) S was coated on the surface of the sample to carry out the thermal corrosion test. By using ~ (35) S autoradiography and radioactive intensity measurement, a lot of information about the diffusion, distribution and reaction of sulfur in the alloy was obtained . This method has the characteristics of accurate results, high sensitivity and convenient application, which provides an important method for the study of hot corrosion mechanism.
