China Music Copyright Society (hereinafter referred to as “Association”) is a non-profit non-governmental organization. Different from the general association, it is the collective management organization of music copyright and it is an operation institution exclusively owned by music copyright owners who specifically protect the legitimate rights and interests of songwriters, songwriters and other copyright owners. It is jointly sponsored by the China Musicians Association and the State Copyright Bureau, registered as a self-run corporate corporation by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
