我国目前采用的热风阀结构上有些缺陷,使用寿命短,热损失大。为此冶金部组织了有关单位的技术人员学习宝钢的热风阀。81年10月由鞍钢设计、秦皇岛冶金机修厂制造了第一台类宝钢型热风阀,已在鞍钢9号高炉上首先使用。在1100～1200℃风温的操作条件下,到鉴定时已正常运行18个月,尚无异常现象,寿命比原来提高两倍以上。
At present, China’s hot air valve used in the structure of some shortcomings, short life, heat loss. To this end the Ministry of Metallurgical organized a unit of technicians to learn Baosteel hot air valve. In October 81, Anshan Iron and Steel Design, Qinhuangdao Metallurgical Machinery Factory to create the first class Baosteel hot air valve, has been the first in Anshan Iron and Steel No. 9 blast furnace. Under the operating conditions of 1100 ~ 1200 ℃ air temperature, it has been normal operation for 18 months until the identification, there is no abnormal phenomenon, life expectancy increased more than twice than the original.
