随着我国学生基础教育阶段知识和能力层次的提升,尤其是高中教育教学工作体系和制度的不断完善,对于校园安全管理工作重要性的认识得到了很大的提高。除了日常的校园管理以外,学校、社会更加关注对校园安全管理工作的研究,以防范未成年人犯罪和权利遭受侵害事件的发生,为学校的教育工作提供重要的支撑。本文从校园安全管理工作目前发展的现状入手来分析日常管理工作中存在的一些问题,并结合一些先进的管理经验的分析来提出解决这些问题的建议,以促进高中学生管理工作的顺利开展。
With the improvement of the level of knowledge and ability of students in basic education stage in our country, especially the improvement of teaching and learning system and system in senior high school, the awareness of the importance of campus safety management has been greatly improved. In addition to day-to-day management of schools and schools, schools and the community are paying more attention to the study of campus safety management so as to prevent juvenile delinquency and violation of rights and provide important support to school education. Based on the current situation of campus safety management, this paper analyzes some problems in daily management work and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems by combining some advanced management experiences to promote the smooth development of high school students management.
