本文研究的目的是由于会展产业的迅速发展就要求会展公司销售人员的活动量加大。会展公司的效益好坏,与会展销售人员的业绩有着密切的联系。但是目前许多的会展销售人员业绩低迷的主要原因就是活动量不足,进而活动量管理成为各公司营销管理者非常关注的内容。因为销售人员的活动量提升就会影响到公司整天效益的增加。因此对会展活动量管理进行研究,有助于帮助企业更好的规范销售人员的活动量,也能为会展企业带来更大的效益。
The purpose of this study is that due to the rapid development of MICE industry, MICE companies require more sales staff. The performance of MICE companies is good or bad, and the performance of MICE salespeople are closely linked. However, at present, the main reason why many exhibition sales staffs are in sluggish performance is the lack of activity, and activity management has become a very important content for marketing managers of various companies. Because the sales staff to enhance the amount of activity will affect the company’s overall increase in efficiency. Therefore, the study of MICE activity management will help enterprises to better regulate the sales staff activities, but also for the exhibition business to bring greater benefits.
