武汉市公共汽车总公司有2万3千多名职工,过去由于工作条件差,收入少,许多职工不安心工作,职工社会接触面广,思想复杂活跃,加上营运线路点多线长面广,职工开会到不齐,许多工作不到位。经过多年探索,1992年,该公司在下属8个职工思想政治工作研究分会中成立了90个政研小组,其中一线司售人员占研究骨干的40%以上。他们充分利用、发挥政研小组的作用,让职工既当被教育者,又当教育者,走出了一条企业思想政治工作的新路子。
Wuhan Bus Corporation has more than 23,000 employees. In the past, due to poor working conditions and low income, many employees were not at ease in their work.
